CarePortal is an online platform that allows CPS workers to reach out to local partnering churches with the needs of foster and biological families attempting to keep families together.  RCB is now a partnering church here in the BCS area.  This gives church members the unique ability to come alongside families and provide beyond physical needs, including prayer and (hopefully soon!) the opportunity to invite them in to our RCB community.
